Cooking is my biggest passion, and I like to think my food reflects that passion.
I specialize in dinner parties, usually with a cocktail hour and family style dinner service.
All my food is made from scratch, and my menus are customizable. Dietary needs such as gluten free, vegan, allergies, and other restrictions are no problem.
I have over 20 years of professional kitchen experience, starting as a teenager in my mothers’s café. Later, I graduated from an accelerated class at the Culinary Institute of America in New York.
In 2012 I started a meal prep service, which grew into a cafe/catering operation in Minneapolis. For several years I ran The Tomato Vine, where I made TV appearances, won (two) cooking competitions, cooked for athletes, and even cooked for Prince a few times.
After Covid took my business, I happily transitioned back into private chef work. I am able to work with clients on a more personal level, making each event that much more special.
I love being able to connect with my clients and their guests, helping to make each dinner a deliciously memorable one. No matter the occasion, I am always happy to cook!
