I'm Chef Troy am a private chef. My company name is DONCARNE we make tacos but are not limited to that. I am a classically trained chef that has been cooking for 13 years. I have experience with seafood, italian food, asian cuisne and even sushi. I have a passion for teaching and helping people grow. I enjoy teaching the basics of cooking to people of all kinds. I am a firm beliver that everything in cooking is shared. I can provide a full catered experience or cooking class that is emersed in enjoyment, laughter, and great food.
