Restauranteur/Private Chef. With over 20 years experience in the food industry starting in Washington DC, and having worked in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Barcelona and currently in Santa Fe, NM

In 2016 I opened a successful restaurant in the famous Canyon Rd in Santa Fe, NM. Milad was a high end Persian restaurant focusing on middle eastern cuisine and fine wines. I closed during the beginning of the pandemic, like many other restaurants and placed focus on my family and new born baby.

Currently I’m offering my services and expertise in the food industry to being a private chef as well as doing meal prep focusing on healthy and nutritious meals with a Mediterranean flare.

I’m also very knowledgeable in fine wines and spirits.

I have a passion for making coffee making and own a shop located in Downtown Santa Fe.
