I'm Brazilian, journalist and chef, I moved to Los Angeles 2 years ago to study English and decided to stay to live. My culinary experience started very early, cooking for my family and friends, then I had my own restaurant for 5 years

in São Paulo and I am currently sous chef at the Brazilian steakhouse chain H&H. I also signed the menu for the new restaurant "Casa Ipanama" by The Biltmore Los Angeles hotel. I'm looking for new horizons, more flexible jobs, where I can manage my life better.
