North Fork Catering is a private chef service which operates in private residences or vacation rentals.
North Fork Catering is composed of two chefs, Clayton and Elisha, who are both partners in life and in business. The couple decided to start this journey to pull away from the hustle and constraints of working in the hotels of Las Vegas. Originally, the duo had planned to establish themselves in the Zion area of Utah, where they have a family cabin off North Fork Road (hence “North Fork Catering”). While planning and establishing the brand, demand began to build in Las Vegas for their services and the pair decided to pivot their plan. With more than 40 years of combined experience, Elisha and Clay have a unique and strong passion for not only making delicious food but also bringing an entire event to life with presentation, hospitality and the wonderful relationships they've established with vendors that can take it the extra mile.
What can we do? We provide a multitude of offerings including, but not limited to, breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, plated meals, grazing tables, canapes and reception style stations and outdoor events like BBQ or Pizza Parties. We can accommodate events from small to large. Whether you desire an intimate plated dinner for you and your sweetheart, full BBQ lunch with your group of friends, a healthy spread for a retreat or any custom menu to meet your needs, we are here to serve you.
