I worked 4 years at the one star Michelin The Village Pub as a sous chef and executive sous chef under Chef Mark Sullivan. I have worked under Chef Sullivan for five years in total. Prior to that I worked under Chef Jose Garces in Philadelphia as a jr. sous chef.
