I have been cooking professionally for 15 years, and held positions such as Head Saute Chef at the #1 restaurant in Providence, RI; and Head Poultry Chef/Head Chef on site at big events for the #1 Catering Company in Southern New England. I am the Executive Chef and Owner at LittleKoe's Beach Bites, in the Capitola Mercantile, and have catered several private parties in the Capitola Village. My skills range from prepared togo meals, buffet style dining, fine dining, BBQ, and 3 course meals.
