Hello, my name is Jerumel Laygo. Over 15 years of professional cooking experience, I am highly skilled in cuisine ranging from Asian, Spanish Traditional French, Italian, Vegan, Dr Sebi, and Mediterranean cuisine. Experienced in high volume and fine dining menu planning. I have worked under Wolfgang Puck, Cafe Pinot, and Michelin star Chef Kevin Meehan of KALI restaurant. I helped open 1st and Hope in 2009 I opened La TABELA in 2010 and helped open the Topanga Table in 2012. I graduated Le Cordon Bleu Program in 2007. In 2008 I traveled to Barcelona, Spain and Paris, France to further my studies. In 2013 I traveled to Costa Rica and furthered my studies in Plant Medicine.
Since then, we have grown into a full-service catering company called LaTabela.
