I love to cook and I love to eat. I love being healthy and fit but I also can't resist a dessert truth be told, I eat desserts daily. You can find a ton of vegan or gluten-free desserts and other items at groceries but when you start reading the ingredients you will realize how actually unhealthy those items are filled with a ton of sugar, soy, high-oleic/palm/canola oil, lecithin, and wheat. I found my passion in making healthy desserts that are gluten-free, dairy-free, and contain only a few clean ingredients. I use only good oils (coconut, olive), and natural sweeteners like monk fruit, dates, or stevia. Having a sweet tooth myself and extensive fitness background with bodybuilding shows and various fitness competitions under my belt, I know very well the dilemma of wanting to indulge in sweets and treats while still staying fit. All my recipes are low-calorie and the best part is that you can eat as much of them as you'd like totally guilt-free.
I also cook daily meals and snacks per your request. I can modify any cuisine to a healthier variation (e.g. if you like pizza I can make a gluten-free dairy-free pizza, regular pasta to GF/V pasta, etc)
