My name is Kaylee Mersiovsky. I’m from Georgetown, Texas, but I currently live in south Austin. I am a student at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Austin and am so excited to kickstart my career in the culinary world!

I’ve had a passion for cooking as long as I can remember — it started when I was younger and would always cook in my easy bake oven. My

passion grew in high school when I decided to compete in Skills USAA, ultimately leading to me become President.

I have an entrepreneurial mindset and decided to start my own personal chef business! I strive to provide the best services to my clients by keeping my work space clean (Mise en place!), plating beautiful food and providing great communication.
