I’ve had a very full hospitality career from working as a chef, florist, owning a top, cooking school and kitchen store in Vermont, made the cover of Food and Wine magazine, recipe development for Martha Stewart and managing a client load of 300 health coaching clients.

I enjoy cooking with only the best ingredients. I trained at a young age with a famous chef named Charlie Trotter, and he really taught me to use the best produce, meats, vinegars seasonings and oils.

Also I am a board certified health coach! I had a big health journey, reversing rheumatoid arthritis. I definitely enjoy using organic and farm raised foods. Very passionate about soil health and supporting small farmers.
