Hello, my name is Chef Nicole, I have been the food industry for over a decade working in some of the best kitchens in the Central Valley to Michelin star restaurants in the SF bay! I opened Nest Egg Catering in January 2024 to meet the demands of private dinner requests I was getting, however Nest Egg is so much more! We offer full service onsite catering, drop off/delivery catering, private intimate in home dinners, in home cooking classes, pop-up food vending and bartending! I am classily trained in French and Italian cuisine and I have a passion for Asian and Caribbean cooking! I would call my style New American Fusion! A melting pot of culture and flavor just like “land of the free”! I stay up to date on gastronomy techniques and trends and I work hard to offer competitive pricing and the best quality foods available to meet any budget!
