With over a decade of experience, I’ve honed my skills in diverse culinary environments — starting in the dynamic kitchens of New York City and transitioning to the creative and fast-paced food truck industry. From there, I launched a consulting business where I helped new restaurants transform their ideas into reality. I guided them through every stage of the process, from concept development and permits to team training and opening day. Along the way, I also established a private chef business, catering unique, personalized dining experiences for all kinds of occasions.
