About Chef Anthony Hernandez
Anthony Hernandez is a Los Angeles-based private chef with over six years of experience in elevated catering, private dining, and high-profile events. His culinary journey includes working alongside some of the industry’s most respected names:
• Marcel Vigneron, Top Chef finalist and Food Network regular known for his modernist techniques.
• Eric Greenspan, winner of Guy Fieri’s Craziest Culinary Competition and chef behind the upcoming Tesla Diner.
• Michael Hung, former Executive Chef at Faith & Flower and alumnus of Joël Robuchon’s Michelin-starred team.
Anthony has held roles with top Los Angeles catering companies including Tres LA, Contemporary Catering, Food Heart, and currently La Télier.
He was one of the lead chefs for the Pebble Beach Lamborghini event, and will return this year as a lead chef for both Lamborghini and Jaguar at the prestigious Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
