In 2019 my uncle suffered a stroke. He never married nor had a family of his own. I had to make arrangements to relocate him into a 1 bedroom ada compliant residence. I packed and moved what would fit into his new space. I had to sort through his belongings and see what to keep, sell, and or donate. I organized an auction/estate sale and used the proceeds to help pay for his new residence. This project prompted me to question. Is there such a service available for those in need of the service? I researched and found a company who downsized/relocation specializing in senior relocation and joined the team. After working for them for several years, becoming more knowledgeable and gaining the experience. I found this career path extremely rewarding. I want to create a company that makes organization simple, stress free, and functional. I worked in the healthcare industry for over 25 years. As the administrator I managed a team of professional, performed routine and specialized tasks. I was entrusted with overseeing a multi-million dollar facility. After leaving the healthcare industry I went into the real estate business buying and selling residential property.
