I have MANY YEARS EXPERIENCE. I designed, furnished, renovated, restored and MANAGED NUMEROUS PROPERTIES (retail, residential large & small, and short term Airbnb's). I have all my OWN POWER TOOLS, drive a new JEEP w/roof rack & tow hitch. I’ve desiLast week Iinstalled new screens, hung outdoor lights, organized antique shop, build an Ikea dresser, installed earthquake furniture straps, hauled away old furniture, sanded and re-stained wood trim, re-upholstered 2 chairs and made matching tie backs from the same fabric and reorganized an entire house after I installed shelving, curtain rods, mounted TV's, re-caulked a shower, and patched small holes in drywall! I unpacked 75 boxes unloaded by the mover and left the home in turn-key, move-in ready! YEP I am your all-in-one person. I clean as I go too so while I'm organizing I'm also cleaning and will eave your home in excellent shape. I am that woman you see on HGTV who can renovate an entire home, help design it, photograph it to look like a magazine (former pro photographer), then. . . I'll help you design and host your elegant dinner party !! I have a vast skill set and love diversity, staying busy and no task or job is too small or too big.
