Trains at gyms with outside trainer privileges, at client's home, or outside. Individuals or groups. No membership required at some gyms. Workouts vary to avoid boredom. And of course nutrition is a huge part of transformation and health so a nutritional analysis and plan must be developed for success. Jade personally transformed his own physique years ago into Sylvester Stallone's double look (3 films and many commercials and appearances), but every client has a unique plan. Free consultation or session. Sports stretch available at the end of each session as needed. Rates are slightly less at Jade's studio/gyms and more to travel to client. Initial rate in quote reflects a pre-paid multi-session purchase.
