My name is Michael Macchioni. I am a Sports Performance Coach for the Boston Bruins and own NorthEast Sports Training and Rehabilitation (the NEST). The NEST is a team of coaches, trainers, therapists, and dietitians providing results-oriented diet and exercise programs for athletes, as well as general-fitness enthusiast and health-minded individuals. We have male and female coaches available, for your preference, and have a network of facilities throughout RI, MA, and New England. We provide on-site and online training, as well.
