First off my name is Liz and I dedicate my efforts to you achieving the best life possible! I’m pretty passionate about people and seeing them overcome their limitations. I was a a competitive swimmer and short lived triathlete; I’m internally very competitive in every aspect of my life. I empathize with people because I see that everyone looks for understanding and support.
Injuries are my speciality and working on rehabilitation through corrective exercise as well as endurance or athletic performance. I’d love to help you with your goals. But as far as workouts go they include compound exercises, HIIT, aerobic/anaerobic, cross fit, metabolic conditioning, balance, rehabilitation, core, and functional exercises. It’s all about achieving the body’s limits than surpassing them in a smart manner and finding out you can push further! Training the mind comes first. Limits are just temporary!
The workouts never fail to keep you on your toes with constant correction and cueing. What’s great is the workouts are very specific to you. Not all workouts fit everyone and I understand that. (Virtual sessions are also available).
I offer an assessment (30 minutes), 300$ but now for 197$. Included in the assessment is fitness testing, goal setting, nutritional review, as well as a lifestyle review, BMR, meal planning, program planning, and more!
Whether it will be life coaching, nutrition counseling, dealing with life and stress demands; the work involved encompasses every area of health and wellness possible in order to be well rounded. With that, what’s included in my services is: motivational articles, recommended food plans sent monthly, assessments done monthly, dietary details for your specific use, also educational articles, weekly check ins, homework, and detailed workouts, and finally constant nutritional review on MyFitnessPal.
I have a gym available for use in Carrollton off Marsh or I can travel to you with equipment and fitness tools! Whatever fits your comfort level best!
