I teach a more modern principle which is termed hybrid training. This type of program is muti dimensional and aims to improve strength endurance and agility while incorporating isolated movements to help sculpt the body. The end result is a better leaner body with athletic potential.
I have been in the health industry for over ten years and have helped many individuals of all ages and abilities achieve their fitness goals. In addition to holding a ACE personal trainer certification I also have a bachelors degree in exercise science. I not only guide clients through workouts but educate them as to why they are doing certain movements. Seeing clients improve and accomplish their goals is the greatest reward.
