That’s a clean and cool well air conditioned facility that’s well cared for. But the greatest bonus is two can sign for the price of one. Yes you have a spouse, best friend or partner just add them in or let them split the charge with you. Kids between 8 years old and 18 can train for free along side mom or dad always . My clients ages range from 10 years old to 93 years old. Remember? No need for day care or sitters. Just bring them with you. No other clients no other trainers. I also take the time to explain everything carefully so that you really understand how to do all the exercises correctly. The fitness facility is inside my home located in the summerlin area (south/west), but don't get it twisted, it’s not inside my garage it’s on the first and second floors of my 3,000 square foot home. My facility is private with high quality commercial grade equipment . Gym is wiped down clean after each client. Very clean and neat. Brand new just arrived cardio equipment that includes: Life Fitness brand 2022 Treadmill, Recumbent bike, Elliptical, 2022 zero runner, and upright bike. There's different rooms for a variety of activities for the clients workout sessions. ROOM #1 is set up for the upper body area only: Chest, Back, Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps, and Forearms. ROOM #2 is set up for the lower body only: Quads, Hamstring, Gluts, and Calves. ROOM #3 is set up for Abdominals only: Lower Abs, Upper Abs, and Obliges too. ROOM #4 is set up with commercial grade cardio machines. ROOM #5 is the toughest room of all, because it's set up for Plyometrics, Kickboxing, Step and high conditioning aerobics, Agility latter, Boxing with heavy bags and the Boxing speed bag, Dancing and many more fat burning toys.
I offer free bottled water, free protein shakes, free turkey burgers, free nutrition bars, free clean towel service, free lockers, free cable t.v. over 500 channels, free nutritional advisement, free fat analysis test, and free consultation. Can you say free? Lol

I keep my rates very reasonable I understand you have bills too, so I work with everyone’s financial situation. If there is a will there’s a way. Lol I really want to see you succeed and reach your goal, so I keep our goals attainable. I try to keep it simple and not speak in lingo that only a doctor can understand or big vocabulary words you don't even understand. so what if I can name every muscle in the human body, it's about you and not me.
