My attention to detail and really focusing on what the client wants out of personal training vs. what I think they need. Many trainers lose focus of what clients goals are and what they originally came to them for. I continually remain focused on what the client is trying to accomplish with personal training. I'm also big on habit creation. Most of us realize that to lose weight we need to "move more eat less"....implementing this simplicity is the real challenge and we will delve into the psychology of habit change during our sessions and how to overcome bad habits.
Working with people all day and witnessing them transform not only physically but often many other aspects of their lives for the better. This is the incredibly gratifying part of my job and it is so fun to be a part of.
