I have been a CertifiedCertified Personal Trainer with the American Council on Exercise for 23 plus years. I am a Senior Fitness Specialist, Orthopedic Specialist, Functional Fitness Specialist; all certified by ACE. I am also a Functional Aging Specialist certified by the Functional Aging Institute. I specialize in Senior Fitness, Fall Prevention, MS, Parkinson's, Stroke Rehabilitation, Dementia, TRX, and Functional Fitness.
As a Personal Trainer, I will provide a health and fitness program for you, which will be safe, challenging, goal orienting, and fun! I use mindfulness to assist in movement patterns when life's challenges appear.
My approach builds self-awareness, self-reflection and self-compassion, so you become more self-driven in your own health and wellness program.
