I've taught strength training for the last 10 years and especially love working with beginners. I pride myself in safely introducing strength training to women so they can benefit from increased muscle mass and ease of movement in every-day life.
I also specialize in working with women entering perimenopause and those already in menopause. Strength training and strategic nutrition are key to thriving during this period of life. I am Menopause 2.0 certified to effectively train women in this demographic.
