Barbell Prescription has over 20 years of training experience. Training out of my Oro Valley garage gym is completely private and full of all the tools needed to get the job done. Barbell Prescription coaches fat burning high-intensity interval training, power lifting, post-rehab wellness, Olympic lifting, and high school athletes (baseball, softball, wrestling, and football focus).

By the way, be sure to hire a professional that is certified. I see a lot of "personal trainers" on Thumbtack that are not certified, so be careful.
