As a Fitness Coach I’ll transform your body in three months with a fun lifestyle of
fitness. I offer a variety of activities such as working out with weights, medicine balls,
doing yoga, body weight exercises, hiking, jogging, mini-trampoline and many other ways to get in shape. This program is designed to work at your abilities. The past three years since the Corona Virus is I’ve been training my clients on Live online with Google Meet.
Sign up for 10 lessons at a time attending two or more times a week, it will be $35 per hour. Times available are Monday - Friday at 7 am to 12 noon.
