About

Many trainers have read about and become certified in a vast amounts of specialties, including myself, but very few have LIVED them. I spent most of life overweight and I understand what it takes, but more importantly I understand the obstacles that invariably pop up. I was never an athlete, and only now have I started participating in sports and athletics. As such, I've incurred various injuries which has further developed my understanding of working around them. Nutrition, performance, obesity... I've lived it and will use it as a tool to help you!
