I offer in-home personal training as well as gym training; specializing the workouts to the client's needs. I work with a wide range of age/fitness levels and modify accordingly!
The workout sessions run 30-40min MAX and are a mix of cardio intervals, plyometrics, good ole' strength training and isometric exercises; a combination that is best suited to your goals!
