As a Coach & Therapist, well-versed in movement, strength, nutrition, and recovery, I have a unique perspective on the human body and how these fitness components all go together.
It all adds up to a respect for the body and the individual. I want to know all about my clients - the nitty-gritty details of their history, what they want, and why they want it. The mindset aspect is the human aspect.
Otherwise, exercise and nutrition can be simple - eat well, move often and progress as desired.
I work WITH my clients, to meet them where they are and discover their goals. It takes honesty and communication from us both. I'll be here to nudge, remind, and encourage. I won't make excuses, judge, or expect anything. You earn what you put in.
I enjoy helping people sort through the confusion of health & fitness. Sorting though the "good" & "bad", the "right" & "wrong" of nutrition and exercise is what I do. Sometimes it's easy, sometimes is a grind, but I believe something can always be done to improve our physical capacities and performance. Depending on the individual variables, I love helping people enjoy the process and get to a place of contentment. Achieving goals is great! But, so is being happy where you are! :D
