Unique Physique Mobile Fitness will create a custom program that will enable the client to reach their personal goal. Personal training gives the client that one-on-one opportunity to achieve their goals at an accelerated pace. We commit to our clients, to inspire and motivate them in achieving their goal.

Tag team:
Unique Physique Mobile Fitness offers tag team for those clients who don't want to do it alone. This program gives the client the opportunity to work with a partner to achieve their goals. It also reduces the cost.

Group training:
* Minimum of 10 clients
We offer challenging workouts for members of all fitness levels, such as strength training. You can expect to burn fat and improve your bone density and more with the added motivation of training in a group.

Karen “Alex” Alexander started Unique Physique a Fitness Center dedicated to catering to the unique you. Unique Physique opened on February 6th 2006, and has since been locally recognized by the Antelope Valley Chamber of Commerce and Antelope Valley Press. Owner Karen Alexander has 20 years of experience in the fitness industry as manager / Owner and 15 years of corporate successes.
