My profession is called personal training which means paying attention to the details of each clients needs.
I love getting client results. It has been my marketing for over 30 years.
Why is my fee higher than most? Most trainers do not have a degree in the area and 30 years experience. I have a degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science which means I take my job seriously enough to spend money on an extensive four year education to back my trade. Most trainers only have a certificate that comes after a crash course over a weekend. Isn't your life/health more valuable than that? We take your life in our hands every time we work with you.
I guarantee you will learn and receive more knowledge from my program than just getting fit. I will give you the tools for total wellness from the inside out.
Wellness starts from our health... aesthetics is a bonus to great health. I will teach you how to achieve total health and fitness for longevity of life.
Need a more cost effective option? Get your friends on board to train with you and pay as little as $55/pp depending on number of people. We can also guide you remotely by devising your workouts for the week for $45/WO.
Although my home base is in Rice Village, I also service the Pearland area, and in home(for an additional fee).
