Hi, my name is Christiana Murphy and I offer in-home and private gym personal training to clients in the Lehigh Valley area. I love helping people achieve things they never thought possible! It is important for me that my clients get results and seeing my clients become more self-confident and enjoying better health is one of the greatest rewards for me as a trainer. I created Swift Fox Fitness for this reason, to inspire others to achieve their goals and see results from their training. I also believe fitness should be fun and I work to incorporate a variety of modalities based on my client's needs.
