I have over 15 years experience training in Yoga, Meditation, Aromatherapy and Coaching. I am also an Ordained Minister. I take pride in listening to what the client is asking and providing the proper techniques to accomplish this. Teaching them how important taking time for themselves really is. This is critical to being able to have a more balanced life.
Each session is customized to my clients/students specific needs, goals and lifestyle. I provide in-home, studio and online lessons.
My sessions are about mindset, exercise, and nutrition. We look at the body, mind and soul and help you find your passion and healing. I provide special techniques for specific ailments while educating my clients/students on their journey.
