Baby Boomers are my specialty. As a functional aging specialist, your training program will include all the pillars of functional strength and quality of life. Training is done one one.The studio facility is based out of my own home, and creates a warm family like atmosphere that is welcoming and energetic. I also have a therapy Dog on-site that doubles as security, Most of my clients have been with me 5+ years. I have a few openings available on weekdays @6am , 12-3pm. If u try too research me online, there is not much info, as my business has been all referral based for 12 yrs. I can provide interested client applicants with a Current list of References.

Programs start at @800per month 8sessions and go up with frequency.

3 months must be purchased for the initial start, after that month to month.
