I'm a personal trainer certified by I.S.S.A (International Sports Sciences Association). I have over 20 years of experience, and my passion is to create a healthier life style for others around me as I do with myself and children.

I love sports and sports training. I am currently a college coach (offensive coordinator), and I provide training in speed, strength and agility. I have trained student athletes that went on to play sports at divisions 1, 2, and 3 colleges.
