I believe optimum health and wellness are about many aspects of our lifestyle and habits, so my approach to wellness is a multifaceted one. There is no denying that a balanced diet, physical activity, exercise, sleep, social wellness, and emotional wellness all play a part in our overall health and wellness. Although I don't provide all services listed on the compendium, I train and coach with the importance of them all in mind and support my clients with their journey.
As a certified clinical exercise physiologist, personal trainer, health and nutrition coach, I assess, motivate, educate and prescribe exercise, provide nutritional support, and utilize health behavior interventions for all individuals, including individuals with specific medical and physical needs. I work collaboratively with healthcare professionals when applicable and my ultimate goal is to ensure safe and effective programs for all my clients.
I am fortunate to have a private studio to offer my training clients who prefer an intimate setting with no distractions or other individuals. And last year, I expanded outside of my studio space and built an additional gym to provide training for couples, small groups, including families.
