My service stands out because my job does not stop at the end of the training session. I routinely check in with each client to see how they're doing and feeling. Most of this is mental and some people need the extra push to go above and beyond. I believe each client is capable and sometimes they just need to be reminded of that.
I’m a Hoboken based personal trainer who has experience working with clients of all physiques/ages/pre and post natal. I employ a variety of tools in my training sessions such as TRX, free weights, pad training, calisthenics, resistance bands, etc. The program I will create for you is based on you and your goals.
I enjoy seeing my clients progress from day one. I love seeing them become stronger (physically and mentally), smaller (if weight loss is their goal) and have a better sense of self (exercise increases self confidence and reduces stress/anxiety).
It's exciting to me to see them reach their goals. Results are motivating to them as a client and myself as the trainer. We only have one life, so may as well be the best version of ourselves and enjoy it!!
