I have a Masters degree in Exercise Science and i'm a Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and also certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as Personal Trainer, Sports Performance Coach and Corrective Exercise Specialist. They are the most respected credentials in our field. I have over 24 years of experience training a wide variety of customers in Brussels, Paris, Miami and Phoenix at any levels of fitness.
