I use a variety of exercise equipment from bands,tubes, weights, suspensions, and body weight in a multi compounded, circuit, and cadio/plyo style training in addition to specific strength training w/in a 50 minute window to maximize my clients' results. I also help clients combine exercise with a well thought out nutrition plan to help them achieve maximum benefits.
I enjoy working with busy professionals who have no time to go to the gym and are really pressed with time. I love seeing clients succeed and find joy in watching their body transform into the goals they've set out to achieve. I find no greater pleasure than in a client who sees their ultimate goals progressively being reached and who removes all excuses as to why exercise can't fit into a busy life.
