* I have developed a 3 month, full body program that I am looking to share with self-motivated individuals. After spending 13 years dedicating my life to in-person clientele, I am now strictly online due to a bit of a career change. However, I am still passionate about fitness and helping others accomplish their goals; which is exactly why I’ve created this program.

HOW IT WORKS:

- This is a strictly online/email relationship.

- This is a full body, linear progression program that can assist clients with weight loss, strength gain, increase in mobility, and increase in cardiovascular health

- A gym membership and BASIC knowledge of fitness is highly recommended. You will be using regular gym equipment such as a squat rack, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc.

- Perfect for someone who just wants a straightforward program to get in and out of the gym without having to think of what to do.

- The program is 3 months long. The first week consists of assessments that help you through the rest of the program; such as- one rep maxes of push ups, squats, planks, etc.

- Affordable ONE time payment of $250. That’s roughly $20 a week.

What makes my service stand out is the variety of clients I’ve worked with over the last 13 years. I have experience with extreme weight loss clients to high school athletes to bodybuilders to marathon runners to your average joe just looking to get a six pack.

I get to use my passion and knowledge to help others improve themselves. There always comes a point where my clients develop a sense of purpose and happiness that they didn't have when we started, that- for me, is the best part.
