I’ve worked in the Health and Fitness industry for over a decade. My clients are successful because I emphasize a health and fitness approach. Nutrition and Exercise is the center of my practice. This is not said often but good health is the primary driver of weight loss and fitness. You must get healthy to lose weight and not the other way around.
I’m am particularly sensitive of the individuality of each client. My experience has taught me that each person is unique. One size doesn’t fit all in health and fitness. People differ for various reasons, i.e. goals, stage of life, injuries and genetics, etc. Therefore, I take the time to get to know my clients very well to design a program that will work for their body.
I am committed to my clients getting the results they want!!!
The biggest reward in my work is seeing my clients accomplish something they never thought they could. Their increased confidence and sense of empowerment makes my work worthwhile.
