I am a passionate, caring, and highly intelligent fitness professional. I have a degree in Applied Exercise Science; I'm a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine and I'm a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I'm a retired collegiate 400 meter athlete. This all means that I am well equipped to give you a safe, effective workout. I create a tailored workout that is meant for the individual. I listen to people intently. You can expect to feel accomplished when you complete the workout!

Being a personal trainer is not just my career, it is my calling. I was meant to do it. Since I was 16, it has been the only work I have wanted to do. It is my life's work.
