This aspiration has carried me through 5 states, some of the premier private healthclubs and 18 years of providing individuals of all populations with "preventative medicine." My experience at Johns Hopkins University as a multi-sport athlete & at Medstar physical therapy facilities have given me the knowledge and experience to coach individuals not only on how to obtain their aesthetic goals but also on how to stay injury free & enhance their performance in order to live a #FOREVERFITLIFE!
