Its important to know what a clients life is like ( what they are willing to share of course) because it all can play a roll into how their success is week to week with their program!
Its important for my clients to know that i genuinely care about their mental/emotional and physical well being! I allow my clients to text me whenever they need! I respond as soon as I'm able and its typically never longer than an hour unless I'm sleeping, working out or in session :-)
