Prices start at about $28 per personal training session/$299 month, $149 per nutrition consult/plan, $39 per recovery/yoga session. All services are provided by master’s degree educated professionals.
Our 3,000 sq ft facility is private, state of the art and luxurious. We have 2 dedicated offices for wide ranging consultations in nutrition, physical performance and recovery. We also have a yoga studio, performance turf, and functional exercise area.
Our professionals have degrees from Georgia Tech, University of Central London, University of Portsmouth and various career related certifications.
