Hi! My name is Felix Flores and I am a passionate, independent trainer with over 10 years of experience in the gym looking to help any that I can with their fitness goals. My service’s include nutrition counseling, powerlifting meet prep, and general fitness/health counseling.

I specialize in strength and conditioning but also incorporate HIT, yoga, and stability training into all of my clients programming. All 1 on 1 training session packages include custom workout routines based on limitations and personal goals. From warm-up, to workout, to post workout prehab and nutrition, you will receive every tool necessary to achieve your goal.

We value our clients health in addition to their families. With COVID-19 restrictions, you will be required to wear a mask on entry and exit of the gym. Temperatures are taken on entry and equipment is to be wiped down after use in order to minimize the spread of any infection.
Pricing is based on frequency per month. 30 minute and 60 minute sessions available from 20-60$ per session. No contracts, no hassle, no obligations besides to yourself.
