Currently offering NUTRITION COACHING AND/OR REMOTE training all done through an app that allows for remote training done on your own and Nutrition coaching through trainerize app.
Nutrition coaching available $305 per month with 3 month commitment (paid in full with a discount or monthly) to be able to see change it includes nutrition/behavior changing support, meal suggestions, customized macros, food education, habit setting, behavior changes w/weekly 30 call check ins. I won’t just assign you macros this is more comprehensive on understanding our patterns of eating and changes we want to make that are sustainable and effective. If you follow my recommendations you WILL reach your goals. I offer a 30 min assessment/a thorough intake with macros provided for $45. This is can be done as a single session OR if you sign up the fee will be applied to your first month so the session is then complimentary. No pressure or strings attached.
$200-250/a month for remote coaching depending how many workouts/support you need every warm up, movement and cool down includes reputable videos with demonstrations, I will adjust exercise’s, work with whatever equipment availability you have, assist in making goals and make modifications/progressions so there’s a progressive overload as needed. These are completed at home or wherever your workouts are done at your convenience with messaging check ins via app or text weekly and daily support when needed or you have questions about your training.
This is great if you are comfortable working out on your own and want less financial commitment than face to face and want convenience and flexibility without worrying about rescheduling or cancellations and traveling to me. I offer a 30 min complimentary session for the initial assessment.
