My fitness journey began after tearing my ACL during the peak of my college rugby career. The experience was brutal, but one that sparked my interest in body mechanics and taught me the importance of holistic health. Years later, a battle with gender dysphoria led me to become the trainer I am today: body positive, gender affirming, and an advocate for the best *you* there is.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, looking for a lifestyle change or just need a reset, I'm here to help. COVID-19 has affected us all - directly and indirectly - including our emotional and physical state. I guarantee to provide education, empathy, and energy as we work together towards a stronger you.
My qualifications include: Masters in Exercise Science; NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Weight Loss Specialist; NASE Speed and Explosion Specialist; Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach; USA Rugby L-200 Coach; Social Emotional Learning Certification; 9 years of hands-on experience with youth and adults.
