Hi, I'm Tom! I've been transforming clients lives Since 2014. My wife and I run a private fitness studio in Shoreline. Our focus is developing safe, effective exercise for anyone that walks through our doors. I specialize in low back/shoulder pain prevention and injury rehabilitation. Most of my clients see me for my in person 1 on 1, 55 minute personal training sessions. We are excited to announce that we have expanded our practice to health and wellness coaching to serve individuals who have exercise experience but are looking for a more focused guidance.
