To me, that means finding a balance between exercising in a way that makes you happy, moving and eating well, and also enjoying a night out - guilt free. I specialize in building both strength and muscle, corrective exercise, and mobility.
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I also have a minor in nutrition from the University of Utah along with another nutrition certification.
